Everything you need to know about Drops, Stars, creators, and how it all works.
Platform
Deisy is a platform where fans claim Spots in Creator Drops — provably fair draws where the winner gets a real meetup experience with their favorite creator. Coffee chats, dinners, studio sessions, video calls — the format depends on the creator.
A creator publishes a Drop with a set number of Spots and a price in Stars. Fans claim Spots. When the Drop closes, a provably fair draw selects a winner. The winner and creator coordinate the meetup details in a private Winner Room.
Anyone in a supported region who is 18 or older and passes identity verification. Deisy is available where local regulations allow drop-based fan experiences.
Deisy is expanding to new regions regularly. Check our Restricted Territories page for the latest list of supported and unsupported countries. If your country isn't listed, you can join the waitlist.
Stars & Payments
Stars are the currency you use to claim Spots in Drops. You purchase Stars with real money and they're stored in your wallet balance. One Star has a fixed value displayed at purchase.
Go to your Dashboard → Balance and choose your top-up amount. We support major credit and debit cards. Stars appear in your wallet instantly after payment.
Unused Stars can be withdrawn back to your original payment method. If Stars were used for a Drop that gets cancelled, they're automatically refunded to your wallet balance.
Yes, the minimum top-up starts at the equivalent of a few dollars in your local currency. The exact amount is shown on the Balance page.
Drops & Spots
A Drop is a creator-published event with a limited number of Spots. When all Spots are claimed (or the timer runs out), a fair draw selects one winner who gets the meetup experience.
Spots are your entries into a Drop. Each Spot costs a set amount of Stars. The more Spots you claim, the higher your chances of winning — up to the per-user limit set by the creator.
Find a Drop you like on the Explore page, make sure you have enough Stars in your wallet, and tap "Claim Spot." Your Stars are deducted immediately and the Spot is confirmed.
It depends on the Drop. Creators can set per-user limits — some allow only 1 Spot per person, others allow up to 5 or more. The limit is shown on the Drop page.
If the Drop has a timer, the draw happens when time runs out regardless of how many Spots were sold. If the creator cancels, all Stars are refunded instantly.
Once claimed, Spots are final. This ensures fairness for all participants. If the Drop is cancelled by the creator, you receive a full refund automatically.
Fairness & Draws
Every draw uses a provably fair algorithm. A secret seed is hashed and published before Spots go on sale. After the Drop closes, the seed is revealed and combined with a client seed to determine the winner. Anyone can verify the result independently.
It means the outcome is determined by cryptography, not by us. The server seed is committed before the Drop starts, so we can't change it after seeing who entered. You can verify every draw on the Fairness page.
No. The seed commitment is published before anyone claims a Spot. Changing the seed after the fact would produce a different hash, which anyone can detect. The math is transparent and verifiable.
Every completed Drop has a "Verify Fairness" link on its page. You can also go to the Fairness page directly and enter a Drop ID to inspect the server seed, client seed, hash, and selected winner.
Winner Room & Meetups
The Winner Room is a private space where the winner and creator coordinate their meetup. You'll discuss the date, location, format, and any preferences — all in one place.
You and the creator have a set window (typically 14 days) to agree on meetup details in the Winner Room. If no agreement is reached, our support team steps in to help.
That depends on the creator's rules for the Drop. Some experiences are strictly 1-on-1, while others may allow a plus-one. Check the Drop description for details.
Contact the creator through the Winner Room as soon as possible. Most creators are open to rescheduling within the allowed window. If no resolution is found, our support team can mediate.
Trust & Safety
KYC protects everyone. It prevents fraud, ensures real people are meeting in person, and unlocks features like claiming Spots and accessing the Winner Room. Verification is quick and only needs to be done once.
Yes. We follow strict data protection practices. Your identity documents are processed by a certified verification partner and are not stored on our servers after verification is complete.
Either side can open a support incident in the Winner Room. Our moderation team steps in with a structured resolution flow — rescheduling, mediation, or a full refund of Stars.
Use the support button in the Winner Room, or contact us through the Contact page. Our team responds within 24 hours and handles every case with a structured resolution process.
