Acceptance of terms
Using Deisy means you agree to these Terms, related policies, and compliance requirements.
If you disagree with any part, you should not use the platform.
Eligibility
•
You must be 18+ and legally allowed to use sweepstakes-style services in your jurisdiction.
•
Restricted territories are explicitly excluded.
Accounts and security
•
You must provide accurate registration information.
•
You are responsible for account credentials and activity under your account.
•
Deisy may suspend compromised or policy-violating accounts.
Platform role
Deisy provides infrastructure connecting creators and winners through deterministic journey stages.
Deisy is not the direct provider of creator experiences.
Spots and Creator Drops
•
Deisy operates a sweepstakes model. No purchase is necessary to participate.
•
Deisy Stars are promotional credits. New accounts receive a welcome bonus of 10 Stars.
•
Deisy Coins are entertainment credits with no cash redemption value.
•
Claiming a spot with Stars grants entry to a specific Creator Drop only.
•
All spots have equal winning probability regardless of how Stars were obtained.
•
Outcome flow follows published fairness and winner journey rules.
Payments and refunds
•
Payments are processed by supported providers.
•
Refunds apply for cancellations and approved failure-to-deliver cases.
•
Other refunds are discretionary and policy-bound.
Acceptable conduct
•
No fraud, abuse, harassment, or manipulation attempts.
•
No attempts to bypass KYC/security controls.
•
No misuse of platform APIs, content, or account systems.
Creator obligations
•
Creators must pass verification and publish accurate experience details.
•
Creators must complete agreed delivery steps in winner journey.
•
Failure to deliver may trigger penalties and account restrictions.
Intellectual property
Deisy branding, software, and platform assets are protected.
Users retain ownership of their submitted content while granting required platform-use rights.
Limitation of liability
Service is provided as-is to the extent allowed by law.
Liability limits apply as defined by applicable legal requirements and contractual constraints.
Termination
Users may close accounts; Deisy may suspend or terminate accounts for policy or legal reasons.
Post-termination obligations that must survive remain in force.
Governing law
Disputes and legal interpretation follow jurisdiction specified in operational legal notices.
Changes to terms
Terms may be updated. Continued usage after updates implies acceptance.
Material changes are communicated via product notice or email.
